1. ELIGIBILITY
 Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, expired, or not as described.
 You must report the issue within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

2. REFUND PROCESS
 Once we verify the issue, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. NON – RETURNABLE ITEMS
 Opened or used water bottles
 Items returned without original packaging or seal

4. EXCHANGE
If a product is defective or damaged, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund ( based on availability )
