Refund & Return Policy
1. ELIGIBILITY
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, expired, or not as described.
You must report the issue within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
2. REFUND PROCESS
Once we verify the issue, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. NON – RETURNABLE ITEMS
Opened or used water bottles
Items returned without original packaging or seal
4. EXCHANGE
If a product is defective or damaged, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund ( based on availability )
